wp_is_mobile returning false values

Wp_is_mobile is returning FALSE .when I surf from windows phone
After that I just had a look on
http://core.trac.wordpress.org/browser/tags/3.5.1/wp-includes/vars.php#L0Where. Wp_is_mobile is declared and then figured that there isn’t user agent scan for windows phone ,because of which it is returning false
using WP 3.5.1
Hopes it is fixed in 3.6
