   I don't know for sure if it does or not, but given that 1.5 is Beta, it may work today, but not tomorrow, or, the plugin may have to be re-written.

   It works for me if I don't insert the call into quicktags.js. If I do that it makes all my quicktags disappear.
   So you must do the manual insertion into wp-admin/edit-form.php, wp-admin/edit-form-advanced.php and wp-admin/edit-form-comment.php.

   Yes it does - a search will produce my posting that it did not, then I followed it up with another post describing one change I have to make to part of the javascript.
