wp_excerpt to Livejournal Post

Dear Sirs,
I want to make a share-button for livejournal.com. so that it would show not only the Subject but the short text of the shared post from WP too.

I tried using most of the functions like wp_excerpt and the_content but they don’t work as they should and as a result the text is shown in the page of WP not inside Livejournal post.
