wp_cr_emailed – what is it?

    Now I’m preparing for changing my hosting and while backing up the database I found a table called wp_cr_emailed with 93K+ records for 23 Mb. The only thing that is inside are email addresses.

    Do I really need it in the future?

    Does anyone happen to know what it is used for? What happens if I don’t include it?
