WP3.0 – New blog email notification presents html code :(

Hi there !
Still hav a problem with automatic mails from wordpress on subscritions and site creation : here the mail content :

<p>Votre nouveau site XXXXX a été installé avec succès à l’adresse suivante :
http://demo.mje-casa.org/</p&gt;
<p>Vous pouvez vous connecter et administrer votre site avec les informations suivantes : :
Nom d’utilisateur : blogs
Mot de passe : N/A
Page d’accès: http://demo.mje-casa.org/wp-login.php</p&gt;
<p>Merci de votre inscription !</p>
<p>– L’équipe @ xxxx </p>

All html characters appears in the mail AS in the option admin section.
I get that on ALL my installs
I tried to suppres the codes in wordpress option, but as soon as I delete them here they are again !

This is weired and really not professionnal how is it ????
