Help! I downloaded and installed 2.8.4 manually (I don't have cpanel or fantastico). When I went to my domain/wp-admin to get the basic page, an error screen showing a redirect endless loop appeared, Privacy options allow cookies from sites and 3rd parties. The foxfire url shows: (my domain)/wp-admin/wp-login.php?redirect_to=(loop starts here). On a recheck, (my domain)/wp-admin/install.php came up with "Already Installed"
message, so I think the program is there, it just won't work. What do I do next?

Where are you hosted? Does it meet minimum requirements:
- PHP 4.3 or greater
- MySQL 4.0 or greater
- The mod_rewrite Apache module -

MySql 4.1 & 5.0
Apache 1.3 (no info on the mod_rewrite module) -
Have you contacted cheapnames.com if you can install WP there? If yes, what are the configurations you have to set up?
Also, check out your database via phpMyAdmin and see if all the tables required for the WP installation are there - see table names for WP 2.8 -
