   OK, After searching the main support forum for this on, there is several threads but no actual solution. So lets see if you guys can help.

   The problem is with Category Slugs and the automatic creation of them by Word Press. eg

   Cat: Business
   Sub cat: Accounting

   when the slug for the sub-cat is created it creates "accounting-business" and everytime I try to edit this to just 'accounting' it reverts it back.

   This is inturn leading to incrediably large extented URLs when you are dealing with several layers of sub-categories.

   How do we stop this?

   ok, so I thought I would add another issue to this one.

   Category Search: In the admin there is 'Search Categories' however it only searches Top categories. When I try to search for a Sub-Category I get 0 results, although I know the category is there! I tested this by adding a Main Category and then searching for it and it appear. The then moved the category to a sub category and searched again. The second time it did not appear.
