   After installing the WP125 ad management plugin & activating it, the default placeholder image(s) will not appear unless at least one ad is active. Shouldn't the placeholder fill all empty slots until ads are sold? If not, perhaps it could be added as an option?

   Using template tag (<?php wp125_write_ads(); ?>) instead of widget, with only two ad slots w/ WordPress 2.7. Have created a fake ad w/ placeholder image to make work as a inelegant fix.

   This is something that will probably be fixed in a later update.
