WP won't upgrade - error message (2 posts)

    I get the usual prompt to upgrade to 2.8.4

    "WordPress 2.8.4 is available! Please update now."

    when I click to upgrade it gives me this error message:

    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 2357046 bytes) in /home3/brockway/public_html/site/wp-includes/http.php on line 1331

    I don't have a clue.
