WP won't recognize logins / Cache plugin…

    My site was loading very slowly, so my Host installed without my permission WP Super Cache, and ever since then, I’ve had some serious issues with User account logins. I’ve deactivated the cache plugin, but for WP to recognize that I’ve logged in, I have to clear cookies. I also clear browsing data and restart the browser.

    I don’t like that my Host did that without my consent, but how do I deal with this issue?
    Is there something I can do with my database?
