WP won't accept my login info

I tried logging into my WP site but I am not 100% sure of my user name and password. I am almost positive that my username is “admin” but when I type the password it says it wrong. I can’t find the password, so I tried “forgot password” but when I enter my email, WP says it’s wrong. I don’t think I would have used any other email for this account.

Can you please help me access my site?

PS:

I don’t know what version my WP is, but I believe it was just updated to the most recent.
