WP Version to Google Result

    Hi, my site http://gicara.com/ is using wp 3.2.1
    for this time i use some plugin that help me
    i want to upgrade to 3.4.1 because google send me message if latest WP is better for my sites in search result.

    Suggest me to improve,
    keep with 3.2.1 or upgrade to 3.4.1 ?
