WP version 3.8.1 Hides Text tools icons – icon links are broken

This is not a Page Builder problem, it is a WP 3.8.1 upgrade issue.
Description:
Using Firefox (tools/options/content/advance), if you historically forced pages to use your selected fonts the icon images would show. Now in WP 3.8.1 these icons links are broken.
