   Could someone tel me what is meant by: "To disable auto-formatting on a post, add a custom field 'sponge' with a value of '1' to the post."

   the custom field settings are below the post editor
   sort of self explanatory when you see it

   ah cool. I've not yet used Custom Fileds. Thankyou.

   Must have a plugin I previously installed but I have about 50 existing custom fields called exclude_page.
