I downloaded the WP-Surveys plug-in, installed it, and everything was fine for the first few days. Then recently, I discovered that my survey was no longer showing up in the post I had inserted it in.
I checked my post and the code [wp_surveys] was still there. So how come the survey's disappeared? I haven't changed anything else.
Hope someone has a solution for this.

I have the same Problem. Any help?
I disabled the Plugin, killed the Tables reinstalled. But it wont work.

I am now a step closer :-)
The Survey is not displayed on the first Page. But when you click on the Post, you can see the survey...
