    I’m about to install this plugin but I need some asssitance. What I’m looking for is to utilize it as a tool where a customer can answer questions about their environment then we create a customized feedback report based on their answers. Simply put its a multiple choice / fill in the blank survey and a response for each of their choices.

    Can I get some assistance from the developer or someone that has experience on this?
