WP Survey And Quiz Tool - how can I put in a table that users can fill in? (1 post)

    Does anyone know how to insert a table into a survey.
    Is there any way I can have a table with about 6 rows and 40 columns which the user can just fill in each box/space with an answer.
    Otherwise I will need to make 100s of individual questions.
