wp-supersized

Hi Guys, I have been trying to fix my wp supersized so that it scrolls with my content ( not allowing content to scroll over the top of it) But o cannot get ti to do this in css?

I tried replacing all instances of fixed with absolute but it has not worked?

Please HELP!?
