I tried W3 Total Cache, WP Super Cache, Hyper Cache, Hyper Cache Extended, FlexyCache, practically everything working on WordPress 3.5.1, but the only way to get grade A for Page Speed & YSlow was using WP Super Cache & Autoptimize at same time (I am using a shared hosting), now my website flys:
