WP super cache and statistics

    Hello,
    I’ve just gotten used to wp super cache as I now discovered it messes up my statistics currently created with newstatpress.

    I do not want to use any javascript statistic software, I want it only happen on the server. Most people recommend javascript, but I don’t like it.

    So my feature request is to get newstatpress working with wp-supercache. Alternatively I could imagine a wp supercache modification that dumps all the page requests in a database table , just like the static plugins usually do.

    Is anybody up for that? I know we all need to live, so I expect it to cost money. Let me know if I am allowed to leave my contact details here in order to discuss.
