WP Super Cache

Don’t know where to begin. I’ve have tried figuring out how and where to change my permissions with Chmod, which is what the wp super cache plugin suggested but can’t find it. Secondly If gone to my hosting site Go Daddy, and cannot find where to change permissions in my ftp manager. So where do I go my Dashboard in WordPress or my web host in Go Daddy.

Also now My 2011 stylesheet is saying “This theme is broken. Stylesheet is not readable.” I didn’t make any changes to it, so I’m not sure whats going on.

If anyone has an answer to this could you please be as specific as possible, since I don’t know exactly where to make these necessary adjustments. Is it under my theme editor if so than where? My plugin editor? My Go Daddy ftp web host and if so where?

Any help would be much appreciated.
