I have been using WP-SpamFree for a few days on a blog that is protected by Bad Behavior, and usually gets about 100 spam messages a day that are blocked by Akismet.
After I installed WP-SpamFree, I deactivated Bad Behavior. The result has been fantastic. No bots, and no comments on the Akismet queue. Tremendous product. Thanks.

about trackback spam
I think about disable trackback or use simple trackback validation plugin
p.s. your "plugin homepage" is 403 (the "author page" is fine )
