WP Socializer – Floating Bar not visible

Hello, I have installed the WP Socializer.
The buttons work great, but the floating bar is not visible.

I’m guessing it’s because my side view of my website is covering it? It’s not visible even when I make the float bar at the bottom.

I am not very familiar with the exact web formatting to look for the right variable that would help me make the side bar visible.
(I had had someone help me put the website together as a template)

Also, my website is not the blog itself, it only loads the blog when clicked on the blog link. (If this is relevant info)

I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions what I can do or troubleshoot this.
