I just did the update to version 2.4 of WP SlimStat and WP SlimStat Dashboard Widgets.
The Dashboard Widgets have stopped displaying in my dashboard. Any suggestions?

Hi there,
this is weird indeed. Are you sure you deactivate/reactivated WP SlimStat after the upgrade?

The widgets have stopped working again Camu.
Each time I would login to the dashboard it wouldn't be working. I'd deactivate/reactivate and it'd start again. Now the widgets will shows everything except the Spy View.
If I rollback to version 2.3 will I lose the stats I have?

That's weird, I guess it must be something related to the database, which has changed in 2.4. The upgrade routine is not working in your case for some reason. Do you have access to phpmyadmin?
To answer your question: no, you won't. But I'd like to solve the issue you have, instead of just rolling back to 2.3.

I am having the same problem since the update. I reviewed the suggestions and reviews made above and still have no individual data

What do you mean for "individual data"? Are we talking about WP SlimStat Dashboard widgets or WP SlimStat Shortcodes? :)

@Yukoner: can you please check if the field "user" has been added to the table wp_slim_stats? And could you please list all the tables in your DB that start with wp_slim?

Yes, there is a "user" under wp_slim_stats
The following tables starting with wp_slim are in my database
wp_slim_browsers
wp_slim_countries
wp_slim_outbound
wp_slim_screenres
wp_slim_stats
wp_slim_visits -

I'm having the exact same problem. Since doing the update, the dashboard widgets don't show up and SlimStat doesn't seem to be collecting any information.

Since the update I have the problem as well.
When I deactivate and then reactivate SlimStat and the dashboard widget they start working again. But when I reload the page they do not work anymore.
Or rather, SlimStat is still working but the dashboard widget is not.
Please keep up the good work. SlimStat is the best statistical plugin out there!

I guess they are two independent problems. Have you tried to disable ALL your other plugins? Or maybe you use the same hosting provider?

Sorry for being so n00bish, but if there's a pm function here, I couldn't find it.
I'm using a different hosting provider. Oh, and I forgot to mention, there's another peculiar thing. The fontsize of WP SlimStat goes down a few points after the Dashboard Widget starts working.
Everything worked fine with the most recent WP before your last update. But still: It may be WP related? Just guessing.

PS: I disabled ALL plugins and then reactivated them. Still no joy.

EoE, you may want to manually roll back to 2.3, if disabling all the other plugins and temporarily using WP default template doesn't make things work as intended.
