WP Site's Theme Viewer Problem (6 posts)

For the past few weeks the theme viewer on the WordPress site seems to be broken. When clicking on 'Test Run' it always shows the same thing--the Kubrick theme.

Has anyone else had this problem?

The theme viewer has always been crap. Honestly, the best theme authors never put their stuff on there anyway.

so what's the resolution? is there another 3rd party site that has a more efficient way of viewing the themes?

Once you find a theme in the theme viewer you are interested in, click on the authors home page. Many of them have a demo available. You could also do a Google search for "WordPress theme whatever"

    Go to http://weblogtoolscollection.com

It's the best way to find themes right now and get them from the original authors without any malicious code.

Just an addendum to greenshady's advice, once you get to weblogtoolscollection.com you can click on "News" in the top nav then at the bottom of the page you'll see several categories one of which is "New WordPress Themes". The admins scrutinize everything posted there before it makes it to the blog's front page.
