WP Shopping Cart conflict with WP 3.8.1?

Hi there. Not 100% sure I’m in the right place; if not, I hope someone will point me in the right direction!

I inherited a site ( http://harriettehartigan.com ) which is using a plugin called WP Shopping Cart, version 3.6.7 (latest update). When I click on the link for “visit Plugin Site” it took me to GetShopped and WP e-Commerce. First question: is that the same thing as WP Shopping Cart? Or is WP Shopping Cart some old, pre-cursor to WP e-Commerce?

Second question: When I updated to WP 3.8, suddenly the Media Uploader/Inserter stopped working for all page (the image gallery comes up, but all the setting that are normally in the right col are completely gone, including the “insert into page” button). I disabled ALL plugins and media uploader works as expected. Turned plugins back on one at a time and I have been able to isolate the problem to the WP Shopping Cart plugin. The site does use the shopping cart so I can’t just turn off that plugin. Any ideas for a fix?
