   I am busy building a website, the url:
   http://www.hartvoorhaiti.be

   now i get the error:

   Warning: require(/home/hartvoor/public_html/wp-includes/load.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/hartvoor/public_html/wp-settings.php on line 21

   Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/hartvoor/public_html/wp-includes/load.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/hartvoor/public_html/wp-settings.php on line 21

   What must i do to solve it????

   - Fatal error in the output generally indicates either your theme doesn't like your version of WordPress, you have a plugin that doesn't like your version of WordPress, or you have an incomplete install/upgrade.

   What did you do last to cause the problem if you installed plugin and using ftp rename that plugin

   Try switching back to default theme by using ftp and renaming your theme in themes folder

   Did anyone solve this (line 21) problem in WordPress? Been at this for a while now. Please help.
