wp-security locked out of admin

    after running wp-security I am being told I do not have sufficient permission to access admin..

    I am locked out of my site! I can’t get in to undo anything.

    This is a client’s blog with lots of work gone into it.

    What can I do to get in to maybe create a new user with sufficient permissions to access admin if I can’t access admin?

    wp-security’s initial scan told me it didn’t like that the user running the scan had too many rights but I didn’t authorize it to change any of those rights.

    please, can anyone tell me what to do?
