    anyone run into a problem with WP Security (3.7.3) and Yoast SEO (1.5.2.8) and the ability to not update the SEO page level settings ? I can enter the focus keyword, seo titles, and meta descriptions, but when I hit 'update' for the page, none of the settings stick for the page.

    is that the problem??? All of a sudden I don't get the options for the focus keyword, seo title & meta description anymore and it's very aggravating. But you're saying you CAN enter those things? Those options don't even show up when I put in a new post so I don't know what is going on.

    yep. they show the boxes for me to enter the text into, but it doesn't save the information entered when i click update.

    even disabling the security plugin and it still doesn't work, so i'm thinking it was a permission change somewhere that got changed :(

    I rolled back the better wp security plugin and it's still not working. Going to roll back the SEO plugin as well and see if anything changes. This is aggravating. It makes posting something useless without the focus keyword, etc.

    IF it is something with a permission change, wouldn't it still be associated with one (or both) of the plugins? Hoping rolling them both back will fix it. Otherwise I don't know wtf to do.

    @Egiblock

    Just found a solution (for me at least - our problems seemed a little different since the SEO wasn't showing up AT ALL when creating a new post) but under Titles & Metas < Post Types I had checked "hide wordpress seo meta box" which was completely hiding the SEO options i was used to seeing.

    Big mistake on my part. Unchecked it and it shows up fine. I will be backing up my site then updating the Better WP Security plugin and double checking I'M not having the same issue you are talking about. If it gives me a problem I'll just revert back via the backup.
