   I'm looking into building a site where people can register, log in and edit profile information.. and I would love to use WordPress and use all the user registration stuff that comes with it.. but when you register and more specifically when you log in you can clearly see you're logging into a WP site, and then I'm guessing you do actually log in to the dashboard..

   Would I be able to build this site on WordPress but have users able to register and log in to edit their information without seeing a single hint from the UI that the site's on WP? So it's all totally customisable with the combo of page templates & CSS?

   Hiya Paul,

   It really sounds like BuddyPress would cover your query quite well.

   It requires a BuddyPress-compatible theme but it brings everything, including the profile editing, to the front-end. And you could more easily customize your theme so that it just doesn't resemble WordPress.
