WP Pro Quiz frustration!

I am beyond frustrated! Followed the tutorial step by step 3 times now and always get the same result. I finish the quiz, post it on the page, update, preview – for 2 seconds it shows up beautifully then is replace with a white box and the quiz is gone! I have the screen shots. This should just not be this hard!
