   Thanks for taking the time to read this. I am a new WordPress user and I am having trouble importing my posts from typepad. I am using WordPress 2.0.3 hosted by Yahoo! and it doesn't seem like any of the permissions/settings are wrong.

   I have been working on this for about a day now and yesterday I was able to successfully import posts, categories and comments. Then, for other reasons, I had to delete the installation and re-install.

   Now, I am unable to import the posts again and I get the message: "Failed to write file to disk". I have searched the forums for a past thread on that issue, but they seem to have been left unresolved, hence I am creating a new topic.

   Sorry, forgot to update. Changed hosts and upgraded to 2.1.2 and it went away.
