    I think it is due to some .htaccess in one of the folders along the way, ask your host about it. This is a server related issue.

    no there is some protection blocking it, it maybe .htaccess somewhere along the path to the JS folder or something else.

    there is no folder on the server that contains file .htaccess, in what folder should it be located?

    You may not be able to see the file, sometimes those files are hidden depending on what program you are using to look at your files on the server. Normally it's in the main folder of your website (if it's in a sub folder) or in the root folder of your server.

    i can't tell you exactly what is it because wordpress also generate a .htaccess file. Contact your hosting provided for support.

    The content inside is

    # BEGIN WordPress
    <IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
    RewriteEngine On
    RewriteBase /wordpress/
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
    RewriteRule . /wordpress/index.php [L]
    </IfModule>
    # END WordPress

    why not just ask your service provider how come that file is 403 forbidden, would it be easier than going round in circles.

    because Cryptographp may not be using any external js files. Just delete all .htaccess file you found.

    Seriously, no offense but I think your server hosting/config is kinda weird. All the *.js file I try to paste in my browser (FF2) URL, it all prompt me to download. Example: http://www.cidc.md/wp-includes/js/tw-sack.js.

    Whereas by right it should just display on the screen. Example: http://lesterchan.net/wordpress/wp-includes/js/tw-sack.js

    No idea whether that is the cause.
