   I released a new version of my plugin several hours ago, and although it lists the new version, I get a 404 error when I try to go to the plugin file. The trunk version has also not been updated.

   Can someone give the ZIPer a swift kick or two for me?

   All errors relating to the operation of any part of WordPress.org should be reported here: http://wordpress.org/report-bugs/

   Reporting it on these forums doesn't do much good.
