• On this theme, I am able to install and activate the plug in, and the settings page is present. However, the theme does not contain a loop.php file, or any of the loop files.

I also can’t get the native post pagination to work by inserting the nextpage tag in the HTML, which I think is also caused by the theme. I would rather use the plug in anyway.

Does anyone know how I can get this to work with the myMag theme – which page to update – modify or insert the necessary code? I’ve looked at several pages and can’t find anything resembling the code block that is normally in the loop.php file.

I’ve recently learned that wp-paginate isn’t meant for what I’m trying to do, which is split up a long post into multiple pages, but rather it’s meant to split up a page containing many posts into separate pages of posts.

    Is that correct?
