WP Opt-In and Email before download help, please (1 post)

    HELP!

    I've installed "Email before download" and "Contact Form 7" as well as "WP Opt-In"

    The problem is, I have absolutely no idea what to do with them/how to incorporate them into my pages.

    Basically what I need is the Opt-in to be able to collect email address to make a mailing list and the email before download to get an email address to download a .pdf file.
