WP is running, but there seems to be a problem with the .css. Please have a loog at: http://217.116.178.238/ and let me know.

You set your host as http://localhost/wordpress/ (Have a look at your source.

It’s looking for the CSS on “localhost”, which won’t work..

Go to General Options in your WP admin. Makes sure the values for WordPress address and Blog address have the IP address and *not* localhost.
