wp maintenance mode -- settings? (1 post)

    Installed v 1.6.7 plugin onto my WP v2.8.1 installation, and when I click on the "settings" for the plugin on the plugin page, I get nothing -- it's just a JavaScript:void(0); link. What's up with that? Is my WP install too old? I want to upgrade, but want to have a "maintenance mode" message up and running for when I do the upgrade ...
