WP Maintenance Mode
[resolved] WP Maintenance Mode and Theme My Login plugins conflict: can't login (6 posts)

On activating both WP Maintenance Mode and Theme My Login plugins, there is a catch-22 going on, and I can't get past the login screen.

Is there something I can tweak in the background, say in SQL, to fix this, or to disable WP Maintenance Mode?

    Thanks!

Or should I just get in to the back end and delete the WP Maintenance mode plugin?

well that's what I had to do, delete the plugin files. maybe seeing both plugins are in the top list of plugins used, some tweaking would help so they can both be on at the same time. thanks.

Maybe is an problem with the login of your plugins; the plugin use the defautl adress and this in your install maybe the custom address of your login, maybe with redirect.

I had same issue but what I understand it can also be related to some cache plugin like WP Super Cache etc. I have also My Theme Login activated and I solved this issue in Maintenance plugin setting with just add "login" into Excludes field and then its working together with My Theme Login.

If this is not working you can always login via http://www.yourdomain.com/wp-login.php regardless Maint or My theme login plugins.

just add "login" into Excludes field

Yes, its important, that you add the url fo the login, if this was changed. The plugin checks only for the default login fomr WP or an redirect in the hook of this url, not custom adress from other plugins.
