wp-login.php wrong width

Have you troubleshooted your theme and your plugins? Disable everything except a default WordPress theme. Then slowly enable things one at a time, testing after you enable a theme or plugin. If everything works – great! If the issue shows up, make a note of the last thing you enabled and contact the developer of said plugin/theme for support.
