   Hello

   I have a customer who just transfered their domain to one of my servers. The site is viewable, logoneed.com. when they go to the admin area login that works, but it loads to a 404 error. they don't get to the admin dash board. All files are there and working, but we cant seem to find the problem any help with this would be asewome.

   Try and reset your permalinks

   This may sound bad, but how do you rest the permalinks for the admin panel?

   In Admin panel click on settings>>>permalinks and switch to default settings and save see if your website works normally if it does then switch back to custom structure.

   That is the issue, we can login to the admin panel, but it wont dispay anything, it will go to a 404 error. is there a way on the backend?

   Rename your plugins folder to plugins-old via FTP.

   I did that, and no change. I go to the domain http://www.domain.com/wp-login.php

   log in and it takes me back to the site.

   Im lost

   It takes me to http://www.domain.com/wp-admin/ but no dash board is present. its the site

   Have tried to rename .htaccess file see if that let you log in if it does reset your permalinks.
