When users try to login to my website, and enter a wrong username or password, they do NOT get any error message. All they get is the red bar (place holder for the message) but no message in it.
How do I resolve it?

Same trouble when Registering. Looks like the error messages are not showing up. I checked the wp-login file and pluggable.php, both look fine. Unable to troubleshoot. Can someone please help me?
