   For some reason WP doesn't allow WP-Admin access and is displaying the site oddly.

   You can take a quicker look by going to http://www.pixelcake.net

   Pretty much ran out of ideas now. It worked for about 3 minutes then stopped.

   It would appear your CSS file (style.css) is missing or corrupted or something.

   Thought about that, so I replaced it with a default and still no go. I also don't think that would cause the wp-admin to not work.
