   I have a website, that I am currently working on, and I want to keep it the way it is.
   But I want to have the WP blogging tool integrated into it, for news and personal blogs.
   I don't want to use a theme, I want to work it into the site, is this possible?

   I have the blogs installed, but that's as far as I've gotten thus far.

   You will have to created WordPress theme that will match the layout of your current website if you want to blend the blog into your site.

   Do I need to know PHP for this?

   All I know right now is HTML/CSS
