WP injection

We just applied a new skin made by an external vendor to one of our blogs recently. While browsing the website today the local antivirus alerted to the possibility of a trojan infection called fakesysdef. Not sure why it came up jut while browsing this site. When viewing source nothing seems out of the ordinary except this wierd javescript keeps popping up on some computers. The other blogs on this same server using a differnt theme dont seem to be having any issues. Anyone seen anything like this or have any ideas what might be going on? Thanks.
