I have wp installed in a sub-directory, however the home url is http://www.mysite.com and blog url is blog.mysite.com
Pages work and blog posts work.
Problems
The blog url links to the home url and not the blog.
Search function does not work.
XML Sitemap & Google News Sitemap Feeds does not work as sitemap url is set for blog and not home url.
Using WP as a cms in subdirectory.

Can you login to wp-admin? If so, check the URL's in "settings" -> "General"

To log in I go via
blog.mysite.com/wp-admin
The setting in General are working fine.
I got search to work by adding my index.php to the root.
Problem is posts go to
mysite.com/post and not blog.mysite.com/post
sitemap only works as
blog.mysite.com/sitemap.xml and not
mysite.com/sitemap.xml

How do I get all posts to go to blog.mysite.com
The menu url needs to change as well
