wp-imageflow2 slider not responding as it should – please help

Hi I have customised the wp-imageflow2 plugin for my needs, I have shifted the slider down by 200px. This causes the slider to stop responding as it should. It doesn’t register the mouse co ordinates if the cursor isn’t on the slider line. Does anybody know why this is and how to fix it ?
