I notice that some people's names in the WP forums are links to their website's, and some do not. In my profile, I added a link to my website as http://designsbytierney.com/, (just provided that for reference in case I needed to format it some other way). Can someone tell me what one does to have their name link to their website. I would like that.

It's a magic time + posts x voodoo thing. It will happen automagically one day, and I have no idea when.
(The idea is not to have the RIGHT away to cut down spammers getting link juice.)
