   Please forgive in advance...I am a newby and will require patient detailed instructions when assisting!

   I just installed wp 2.8.5 and added wpforum 1.7.8. When I view the page I have the following warning:

   "Warning: date() expects parameter 2 to be long, string given in /home/silvey/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-forum/forum-functions.php on line 666"

   I felt pretty good getting things this far but I have not a clue as to what the above is referencing to. Your help will be greatly appreciated!

   That fixed it. I would have thought that my upload of the WP Forum file from WP Plugins would have been the latest version. Obviously it wasn't. Thanks!

   I get the same error, but unfortunately the link with the updated version of the plugin is not working.

   Any suggestions?
