WP form sent to gmail and printed needs formatting

Orders are sent to
http://huntervalleyhampers.com/product-category/create-your-own-hamper/page/5/
for example, and the order flows through over two or more pages depending on how many products the buyer chooses.

I want to make the gmail default set up less bulky so it prints out less extraneous data as well as lessen the spacing and wasteage on the wp document to reduce it to a single page.

Ideally we want staff to have a single page as they pick an order walking around the warehouse.
